Report for Benny Ulloa, SAG Hospitality Brokers. Live campaign: 9 videos, 3 angles, Pennsylvania only, launched 2 Oct 2026. Data to 11 Oct 2026 (today is a part day). Judged on booked calls, not on cheap clicks.
The ads are doing their job. The page after the click is not. In 10 days the campaign spent $596 and bought 330 clicks at $1.81 each, a strong 2.35% click rate for Pennsylvania business owners. But of 255 people who loaded the page, only 2 filled in the form and 1 booked a call. That is $596 per booked call. The landing page still carries a block of Funnels.com sales content, Shaqir Hussyin testimonials and a stray sobriety therapy stats block, and the ads run from the Restaurantify Facebook Page and pixel, not SAG. The booking event does fire (4 times on the site since 2 Oct), but Meta only credited 1 to the ads, so tracking is under-counting too.
Live SAG campaign, lifetime (2 Oct to 11 Oct). Booked call = the Schedule event on the SAG thank-you page.
| Window | Spend | Impr | CPM | Link CTR | CPC | LP views | Leads | Booked | $ / booked |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Last 7 days (5 to 11 Oct) · SAG | $391.58 | 8,832 | $44.34 | 2.63% | $1.69 | 184 | 3 | 1 | $392 |
| Lifetime (2 to 11 Oct) · SAG | $596.14 | 14,039 | $42.46 | 2.35% | $1.81 | 255 | 3 | 1 | $596 |
| Last 30 days · whole account | $767.04 | 68,680 | $11.17 | 0.55% | $2.02 | 255 | 3 | 1 | $767 |
The 30-day account figure includes $170.90 of Bonetti's Pizza awareness ads (a different business, New Jersey, 12 to 28 Sep, now paused). That is why the account CPM and click rate look so different from the SAG campaign.
Spend is steady at about $60 a day, as set. Landing page views jumped on 5 and 6 Oct, the same days the one booked call and two leads came in, then faded. 11 Oct is a part day.
Where people fall away, step by step, since launch. The clicks are healthy. The drop is on the page: 255 visits turned into 3 opt-ins. A healthy opt-in page for a free offer usually converts 10% to 30% of visitors.
One warning on the page views: 120 of the 255 came from Audience Network (games and apps) for just $16.67. Those visits produced zero leads. Strip them out and Facebook and Instagram sent 135 real visitors, of whom 3 opted in (2.2%). Still far too low.
I loaded every page the ads send people to and read the page code. All three pages return OK and load fast. I did not submit a fake lead or book a fake call, so the form and calendar were checked in the code, not by a test booking.
Judged on the booked call first, then on the cheapest real traffic. Too early to call a final winner on one booked call, but the pattern is clear.
| Angle (ad set) | Spend | Link CTR | CPC | LP views | Leads | Booked | $ / booked | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Proof · V6, V8, V5 | $194.22 | 1.41% | $2.40 | 69 | 1 | 1 | $194 | KEEP |
| Private & Quiet · V3, V7, V9 | $201.24 | 2.40% | $2.07 | 73 | 2 | 0 | n/a | FIX |
| Your Number · V1, V2, V4 | $200.68 | 3.56% | $1.32 | 113 | 0 | 0 | n/a | FIX |
Your Number gets the cheapest, most curious clicks but none of them opt in, likely because the ad promises "know your real number" and the page offers a training video instead. Proof costs more per click but produced the only booked call.

Winners so far: V8 (the only video tied to a lead in the angle that booked the call), V3 (cheapest click in the account at $0.72 and a lead on just $38) and V2 (137 clicks at $1.23). Short hooks beat long stories on clicks. Meta starved V3 and put $109 into V9 at $4.21 a click. Best headline: "Know Your Real Number" (6.0% click rate, $0.73 a click). Best primary text: "If you own a restaurant, bar, pizza shop or deli in Pennsylvania..." (5.2% click rate). Meta does not split leads or booked calls by video inside these combined ads, so the lead counts per video are partial.

|---|---|---|
| Is Schedule firing? | Yes. Restaurantify's Pixel recorded 4 Schedule events on the SAG site since 2 Oct (5, 6, 6 and 7 Oct). Meta credited 1 to the ads. | PARTIAL |
| Server-side (CAPI) on SAG site | No server events seen in hours when only the SAG site was active. Restaurantify.com does send server events. | MISSING |
| Brand match | SAG ads run from the "Restaurantify" Facebook Page and Instagram, in the Restaurantify ad account, on "Restaurantify's Pixel". The same pixel also collects Restaurantify webinar leads from restaurantify.com. | MISMATCH |
| Optimisation | 3 ad sets at $20 a day each, all optimising for Schedule. 1 booked call in 10 days means each ad set is learning from almost nothing. | FIX |
| Placements | Audience Network: $16.67 for 165 clicks and 120 page views, 0 leads. | FIX |
| Disapprovals | None on the SAG ads. All 3 ads and 3 ad sets are ACTIVE with no review issues. 7 old 2024 to 2025 Restaurantify and RedBerry boosts show "with issues", all ended, no impact. | CLEAR |
| Audience | Pennsylvania, 25 to 65, Advantage+ audience. 82% of spend reached men. Leads came from ages 45 to 54 (2) and 65+ (1). | OK |

All-time SAG spend in this account: $857.70 for 1 booked call. The first campaign failed because the SAG pages did not fire any booking event back then. That is now fixed, so this campaign is the first fair test.
255 people visited and 3 opted in. Remove the whole Funnels.com section, the Shaqir testimonials, the "Funnel Discovery" button, the domain-for-sale notice, the sobriety block and the Funnels.com footer links. Then match the page to the ad: lead with "Find out what your business is really worth" and the free discovery call, with the training as the bonus. Same spend at a 10% opt-in rate would give about 25 opt-ins instead of 3.
4 bookings fired on the site, Meta credited 1. Turn on the Conversions API for the SAG funnel (the GHL Meta integration) so Schedule and Lead also send from the server. Then ask Benny how many calls are actually on his calendar since 2 Oct, so we know the true cost per call.
Merge the 3 ad sets into one at $60 a day. Run V8, V3 and V2 as their own ads with their best headline and text. Pause V9, V7 and V1, which cost $3 to $5 a click. Until bookings reach 10 or more a week, optimise for the opt-in (Lead), then switch back to Schedule.
A restaurant owner sees an ad about selling their business posted by "Restaurantify", then lands on SAG Hospitality Brokers. That breaks trust. Run the ads from a SAG Hospitality Brokers Page and give SAG its own pixel, so Restaurantify webinar leads stop mixing into the same data.
Game and app placements bought 120 of the 255 page views for $16.67 and produced zero leads. They make the page look busier than it is and teach Meta the wrong buyer. Keep Facebook and Instagram only.
